If you have been looking for some new recipes to try then you should definitely check out this cookbook! It may be just what you are looking for! Tammy Algood’s cookbook, Farm Fresh Southern Cooking, is a wonderful cookbook that has many lovely recipes. It has things in it from appetizers, soups, salads, sides, breads, entrees, desserts, breakfast and brunch, and even canning instructions! And it has a lot of full page stories spotlighting a certain food like honey, green beans, blueberries, etc. and a wonderful farm that sells it. [and some of them are even about things like some great farmers markets] I think this is a wonderful cookbook with great southern recipes. The recipes are very clearly wrote and were easy to understand. And I love how she has a note wrote above each recipe telling you tips for that recipe, or what it is best served with, etc. Plus I think it was great that they had the canning instructions in the cookbook as well. Some of the recipes even called for a really neat ingredient, like Rutabagas or figs or persimmons etc.  And I loved how some of the recipes have a beautiful full page picture to go with them! Like there Basil Biscuits, Mixed Chocolate Peanut Clusters, Confetti Chicken Salad, and many more are pictured! I really enjoyed cooking from this cookbook and I highly recommend it!
I received this book free from the publisher through the BookSneeze.com book review bloggers program. The opinions are my own.
